One-to-One: The ultimate training option.


If you're looking for a Personal Trainer in Malta to help you achieve maximum results in a limited time, want uninterrupted attention from your trainer, be treated like a VIP and perhaps have specific goals you want to reach, then a One-on-One Personal Training programme with us is your best choice.

Personal Training is not just about having someone do a workout with you in the gym. In our organisation, it is about having a knowledgeable fitness professional guide you through your entire programme of health and fitness development, which includes your training sessions at our facility, getting your nutritional habits in order  and providing you with the motivational and  support services to ensure that you adhere to your programme successfully until your goals are achieved. Our team of personal trainers will provide you with the knowledge, motivation and confidence required to attain your goals, change your body, and transform your life.

Packages

We offer Personal Training packages with a minimum 3-month commitment.  This is the least time it takes for you to achieve any real progress. However we also offer some short programmes for special requests. Our packages offer you the possibility to attend anywhere between 2-6 times per week.

One-on-One Personal Training sessions are available daily from 6:00am to 9:00pm.  All training sessions are held at our facility at the Corinthia Hotel St. George's Bay (formerly San Gorg), St. Julians.
