Any serious weight-loss, fat-loss or toning programme emphasizes on burning fat and preserving or increasing lean muscle tissue. However, unless you are following an optimal programme, you may be losing both lean muscle tissue as well as bodyfat. Our professional body composition analysis allows us to analyse if you are indeed burning bodyfat and maintaining essential leanmuscle tissue. Our clients undergo this measurement every 4-5 weeks to track real progress. We use both electrical impedance as well as skinfold calliper measurement methods to establish body composition readings.
Girth measurements are also performed regularly to establish inch-loss.
In relevant cases we may also carry out aerobic fitness tests as well as strength tests to measure progress during the client's programme.
