Chicken Teriyaki Tenderloins
500g chicken tenderloins
375g/121/2oz bottle Teriyaki marinade
Place tenderloins in a non-metal container and stir in about ¾ cup Teriyaki marinade. Cover and marinate for 30 mins at room temperature or several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Heat the barbecue or grill until hot. Place a sheet of baking sheet over the grill bars and make a few slits between the bars for ventilation, or place baking paper on the hot plate. Place the tenderloins on grill and cook for 2 mins on each side until cooked through and golden. Brush with marinade as they cook. Serve immediately with extra teriyaki marinade as a dipping sauce. Serve with steamed brown rice and vegetables.
