IF YOU WANT TO BUILD MORE MUSCLE MASS

To get big, you need to train frequently, use good technique on a few basic exercises and lift heavy. Your muscle size is proportional to your strength, so unless you get stronger, your muscles won't grow.

I see over and over again that guys don't train hard enough or heavy enough in the gym or else waste their time on fancy, ineffective exercises.

If you work with our trainers, we'll guide you through a progressive training programme that will teach you good technique and push you hard enough to make sure those muscle gains really start to show. You will be progress-assessed regularly throughout the 3-months to make sure you stay on track with your goals. We'll check body composition, fat mass, lean mass and circumference measurements regularly and record your strength gains in our training log sheets. Our philosophy is to measure. By measuring we can assess progress and if necessary tweak the programme to keep your muscle gains coming!

This programme will get you bigger arms, shoulders, back, pecs and legs. You will feel stronger, bigger and more confident about your body.

The package also includes a free 3-month Health Club membership so that you can train even on days when you don't have a Personal Training sessions scheduled.
