Morning and Afternoon Small Group Training available!
Summer is only a couple of months away!
If you want to make a positive change to your body before the swim-suit season begins, then why not join our Small Group Personal Training Programme?
There is no doubt that working with a Personal Trainer is the quickest and most effective way to get your body in shape. Our tried and tested programmes that combine core training, metabolic training and resistance training will give you the biggest 'bang for the buck' when it comes to workout efficiency.
You'll get fitter, firmer, stronger and leaner.
Combine this with our nutrition programme and you're on your way to a lean, toned and fit body.
We currently have the following times available for group training:
- Tuesday & Thursday 9am
- Tuesday & Thursday 10am
- Tuesday & Friday 2pm
If you'd like to join, please reply to this email, indicating which time you'd prefer.
As soon as we have at least 3 people per group, we'll get going!
If you have a request for a different time, please let us know. However, group training is currently not available after 3pm.
