Full-time Front Office Coordinator wanted!

We are looking for a dynamic, organised and energetic individual to join our Team on a Full-Time basis as a Front Desk Coordinator.

Duties will include:
  1. Welcoming and signing in members
  2. Handling telephone calls and enquiries
  3. Managing reservations and bookings on our Club Management software
  4. Setting up new membership packages
  5. Book-keeping tasks
  6. Data entry

The applicant should possess the following skills:
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Great organisation skills with ability to work independently
  • Efficient, energetic and dynamic
  • Fluent in English and Maltese
  • Computer literacy and competence with software applications, ideally in possession of an ECDL licence
  • Customer Service orientated
  • Be a team player
  • Have work experience in a similar position
The proposed hours of work are from Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm.
